An excursion to the Cape Cod Peninsula, on the territory of which the national park is located, promises to be exciting.

Berkshire, with its green hills, white churches, photogenic villages and narrow country lanes, is an idyllic New England vantage point. If you love gardens, be sure to visit the Berkshire Botanic Gardens in Stockbridge. The Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield features works by American artists, Egyptian mummies, and antiquities from Classical Greece and Rome. Naumkeag is a 44-room summer residence of a prosperous family filled with antiques, art and Chinese porcelain.
